Availability & Stock

Due to the extensive range of sizes, calf widths, heights and models, it is not possible to display real-time stock availability for every variation on this website.

Van Huet Riding Boots has direct access to the Petrie factory inventory as well as its own showroom stock in the Netherlands. This allows us to offer a broad selection of standard and custom models.

Many standard models in black (such as Olympic, Leeds, Coventry, Melbourne, Freerider, Jodhpur boots and chaps) are frequently available.

Coloured versions and special configurations may require additional production time.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation including availability and estimated delivery time.

Delivery Times

• In-stock items: typically shipped within a few working days.

• Non-stock or custom-made items (CYB): approximately 5–6 weeks, depending on factory production schedules.

If delivery time differs significantly, we will inform you promptly.

VAT & International Orders

Orders shipped outside the European Union are invoiced without 21% Dutch VAT.

Within the EU:

• Business customers must provide a valid VAT number for VAT-free invoicing.

• Private customers within the EU are charged VAT according to applicable regulations.

Certain non-EU countries (such as Norway and Switzerland) follow different customs procedures.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

We use reliable postal services with:

• Insurance coverage

Postal shipping is often significantly more cost-effective than express courier services, although delivery may take slightly longer.

Discount Policy

Online orders qualify for the following automatic discounts:

• 5% discount on orders above €500 (code: discount500)

• 10% discount on orders above €1000 (code: discount1000)

Discounts apply only to orders placed and paid through the website.
