1. Scope
These Sales Conditions apply to all orders, deliveries and services provided by Van Huet Riding Boots, established in Bunnik, The Netherlands.
By placing an order via this website, the customer agrees to these conditions.
Any deviations are valid only if confirmed in writing.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Private customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the customer (or a designated third party) receives the goods.

3. Return Conditions
Returned goods must:

Be tried on indoors only

Show no signs of outdoor use

Be undamaged
-
Be returned in original packaging

Include all labels and accessories
The customer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
4. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Fully or partially custom-made boots (CYB)

Standard series boots ordered in a special configuration

Boots produced in non-standard colours
-
Non-regular shoe sizes (including UK sizes 2–3 and 10–12 when specially ordered)

Special production series (including series 11, 14 and 15 when made to order)
-
Sale or clearance items
-
Products manufactured according to customer specifications
-
Boots showing signs of wear, damage, or outdoor use
These exclusions are in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
5. Warranty
Warranty is provided in accordance with applicable Dutch and European law.
In case of manufacturing defects, Van Huet Riding Boots will, at its discretion:

Repair the product, or
-
Replace the product
Normal wear and tear is excluded.
6. Binding Agreement
By completing checkout and confirming the order, the customer submits a binding offer.
The agreement becomes legally binding once Van Huet Riding Boots confirms the order or dispatches the goods.
7. Shipping & Risk
All goods are shipped from The Netherlands.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
Shipping times are indicative and not legally binding.
Import duties and local taxes outside the EU may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
8. Data Protection & Security
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.
We do not sell or trade personal information.
Secure payment processing is handled via encrypted SSL connections and trusted payment providers.
9. Applicable Law
All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
