For goods send outside Europe the invoice is without VAT, within Europe You need een VAT number for business (with exeption of Norway, Croatia, Switzerland, etc. )
In my shopping car you see the price Included VAT, after proceed to check out (or fast check out) and after completing the data (with confirmation of the export country) you will see the price Excluded VAT (if applicable).
